furore’s high alpine cheeses „Reserve“ with 45% liquid mass are made by manual operation in selected alpine dairies above 1500 meters sea level only during the summer months. This tradition guarantees the originality and naturalness of the product.
furore´s Reserve is a highly aromatic hard cheese made from quality controlled alpine raw milk. It has an outstanding spicy flavour, which results from grass with many spicy alpine herbs and from the long maturing time.
The cheese can only be called „Reserve“ if it has matured for a minimum of 15 months. The cheeses are stored under consistent circumstances and get manually looked after and turned.
The special herbs which grow at „Niedere, Kanisfluh and Üntschen“ guarantee the cheese’s regional and incomparable character. This is a special natural product which meets the consumers’ demands for a unique cheese.
