The handmade furore Alp Cheese with a liquid mass of 45% is produced in exquisite alpine provincial dairies in the forest of Bregenz, 700 meters above sea level. This tradition guaranties the originality and naturalness of the product. This cheese ripened for a minimum period of 8 months reaches its incomparable taste and softness. The whole cheeses are stored within constant conditions, are a very carefully cared and turned round frequently.
furore Alp Cheese is a hard cheese made from silo free milk and has an extraordinary well seasoned taste, which is developed from the fresh grass and herbs of the Alps and it’s long maturing.
